Product Feature

★ Needle Valves are designed to regulate flow to an instrument or other industrial application. They are rugged enough for the oil & gas market, and suitable for most industrial applications.
★ It can be used to open and close the propane. If you need a long time and stable control, it would be better to use with a regulator.
★ The flow works in either direction. If it leaks, you can replace the O ring inside with pliers, or a bit of Teflon tape is recommended for sealing on both end.
★ Working Pressure: Rated to 600 PSI. Temperatures range from -4 to 450 F.

Product Processing

Firstly, we prepare the raw materials, and wait for the raw materials to be sent to the factory.then cut them off on the machine. If this product needs the mould, the next step is to be forged.

After that , we can begin machining. If there is no need to open the mould, it is directly machining of raw materials.
