· [ Convert 3/4" Female Hose Thread Bib to 1/4" Tubing ] This hose splitter uses to convert 3/4" Female Hose Thread Bib to 1/4" Tubing. Suit for many kinds of 1/4 inch tubing, 1/4 inch PE tubing, 1/4 inch PVC drip irrigation tubing ( outer diameter: 7mm, inner diameter: 4mm ), 1/4 inch PU tubing ( outer diameter: 6mm, inner diameter: 4mm ).
· [ Solid Brass Faucet Adapter ] This hose splitter is mechanically carved from the brass rod, so it has a solid brass body that is more sturdy and durable than plastic or thin aluminum one. Heavy-duty solid brass construction with good sealing design, matte surface, so it will not leak.
· [ US Standard 3/4" Threaded ] The female thread part of hose splitter is US standard 3/4" thread, and suit for 3/4" standard threaded (3/4"GHT, 3/4"NH, 3/4"NPT), and widely matching for the garden connector, like an outdoor faucet, hose splitter, garden filter, garden timer.
· [ Barbed Design & Lock Cap ] The two outlet part of hose splitter connects the 1/4" tubing by the barbed part tightly and locks the tubing by the locking cap, so there are two protection prevent shedding and leaking.

Product Processing
Firstly, we prepare the raw materials, and wait for the raw materials to be sent to the factory.then cut them off on the machine. If this product needs the mould, the next step is to be forged.
After that , we can begin machining. If there is no need to open the mould, it is directly machining of raw materials.
Finally the products will be packing and delivery.
